Calibrate first
Use readable tape or a known object on the same plane. A mask or a pixel count is not centimetres by itself.
Upload a reviewed adult frame for a conservative shape read, then add calibration only when the image supports it.
Upload one adult frame and let the lab build the shape report automatically. Manual calibration is optional.

This is a visual aid, not a measurement or medical diagnosis. Confirm any scale manually.
A compact view of the high-confidence rows supplied with this workspace. Use them to sanity-check tape and hand-calibrated readings.
The toolkit separates what is measured from what is described. That is the whole point.

Start from the average adult male hand breadth of 8.9 cm, then refine against measured anchors. Hand estimates never exceed Medium-High.
Relative girth, head prominence, sinuosity, and consistency can describe form without inventing absolute size.
Close hero angles, foreshortening, hidden bases, and cropped frames can inflate a reading. Flag them instead of correcting by instinct.
