METHOD

Keep the scale honest.

The toolkit separates what is measured from what is described. That is the whole point.

Calibrate first

Use readable tape or a known object on the same plane. A mask or a pixel count is not centimetres by itself.

Treat hands as a range

Start from the average adult male hand breadth of 8.9 cm, then refine against measured anchors. Hand estimates never exceed Medium-High.

Shape is its own layer

Relative girth, head prominence, sinuosity, and consistency can describe form without inventing absolute size.

Name the distortion

Close hero angles, foreshortening, hidden bases, and cropped frames can inflate a reading. Flag them instead of correcting by instinct.
