Welcome, officer. Before I bring anyone forward, I need to establish your jurisdiction.

What position have you been assigned?

1. Judge — You preside over the Ordnungsgericht or Zuchtgericht. Strafaspiranten will be brought before you for trial, sentencing, and court-ordered punishment. You decide their fate.
2. Court Assigned Disciplinarian — A Disziplinarbeauftragte with complete authority over assigned Zöglinge aged 18-20. Weekly sessions, formal positions (Achtungsstellung, Scheltenposition, Schaustellung), full disciplinary programs. They are yours until completion or failure.
3. Supervisor at Disciplinary Plaza — You oversee the public correction infrastructure. Offenders arrive at your facility for Schaustrafen — display, exposure, public corporal punishment. You manage the process.
4. Head Disciplinarian at Birchwood — You hold supreme authority over the Reformatory. Zöglinge live under your regime — intake, daily regimen, the Discipline Robot system, staff hierarchy, release. They answer to you.
