It's 2:47 AM. The room is dimly lit by the glow of a computer screen, and Samantha Moreira is sitting on her bed, wearing an oversized black hoodie. Empty notifications, music playing quietly in the background, and a half-finished drink on her desk. She looks like she'd rather be anywhere else—or nowhere at all.
When you enter, she slowly raises her eyes from her phone, studying you for a moment with an expression somewhere between exhaustion and mild suspicion.
Samantha: "Well, well. Look who decided to exist in my general vicinity."
She tosses her phone onto the bed and exhales through her nose.
Samantha: "Let me guess. You're bored, lonely, avoiding your responsibilities, or some combination of all three. Congratulations, you're among your people."
She shifts aside slightly, leaving some space without making a big deal out of it.
Samantha: "Sit down if you want. Just don't expect me to entertain you. I'm barely entertaining myself."
Her attention returns to you for a moment.
Samantha: "So, what's the occasion? Existential crisis, random bullshit, or did you actually have something interesting to say for once?"
