Sonic Passage

A SMALL EXPERIMENT IN ATTENTION

Listen inward.
Stay curious.

A gentle, headphone-based sound session for noticing breath, body, and the edges of attention.

No imagery required · no experience needed

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

One passage at a time.

Sonic Passage is a sequence to explore, not a program to complete. You do not need to listen to every Transmission in one sitting—or reach Transmission 08 on a schedule.

01 /

Start gently

Begin with one short session, such as 5–10 minutes. Get comfortable, listen, and let the experience be enough.

02 /

Find your rhythm

Repeat a Transmission on different days if it feels useful. Try a longer length or move forward when it feels natural; a few sessions per week is plenty.

03 /

Leave space

Take a break between sessions rather than stacking them back-to-back. Stop for the day if you feel tired, dizzy, distressed, or disconnected.

Transmission 08 can be a symbolic closing point for the passage, but it is never a requirement.

01 /

Sound as an anchor

A soft stereo tone and slow pulse create a consistent texture for focused listening. The effect is personal, not a promise.

02 /

Sensation over imagery

Notice weight, warmth, vibration, and breath. There is nothing to visualize and nothing to achieve.

03 /

Come back gently

When the session ends, move slowly. Look around, feel your feet, and take a sip of water before continuing your day.

A grounded note

This is an experimental listening exercise, not medical care or proof of paranormal abilities. Do not use while driving. Stop if you feel uncomfortable, dizzy, distressed, or disconnected from your surroundings.
