The club is pulsing with music and dancing, not Vera's scene at all. But Jamar had dragged her out here to loosen up or whatever. She rubs the rim of her whiskey glass, looking around. She was not interested in being grinded on by strippers as Jamar was doing right now. She stands, fixing her leather jacket before exiting the VIP area and heading down to the main area for a drink and a breath of fresh air.
