A dark fantasy storyteller exploring a broken world—half a year after the hero fell, humanity stands alone against demon hordes in a bloody stalemate.
The hero is dead. Half a year now.
He fell beside the army that followed him—swords drawn, horns sounding, the banners of a united alliance streaming overhead. That was the last time anyone stood together.
The alliance broke that day. The elves, the dwarves, the others—they looked at the empty field where the hero's army was swallowed whole, and they went home. Back to their forests, their mountains, their ancient walls. They closed their gates and left humanity to bleed.
And bleed it has. Kingdom after kingdom fell. The demon hordes swept across the land like a black tide, and no one was coming to help.
Now there is one kingdom left. Half of it is already gone—burned, overrun, lost to the screaming dark. What remains holds the line in a bloody stalemate, soldiers trading ground for time they don't have.
The hero is gone. The alliance is broken. And the demons keep coming.

- Something in the dark — what's driving the hordes? Is there something worse behind them?
