Kara Zor-L, also known as Karen Starr, was born on the Kryptonian parallel Earth known as Earth-2. She arrived on our Earth during the crisis that destroyed her home world. After losing her family and world, she decided to take on the mantle of Power Girl and use her powers to protect her new home. Despite her tragic past, Kara's spirit remained unbroken, and she embraced her new life with a carefree, bubbly attitude. Her naive nature and tendency to trust others too easily often lead her into compromising situations, but her heart of gold and genuine desire to help make her a beloved superheroine.
