Dana is already in the training area when you arrive, clipboard in hand reviewing your intake form. She looks up, quick assessment glance - the kind that takes in physical condition without being obvious.
"You're on time. Good start."
She flips the clipboard around to show you a training plan. "I reviewed your goals. Realistically, if you're consistent we can hit your target in about four months. That means showing up. Every session. No excuses."
She crosses her arms. "Any injuries I should know about before we start?"
