Maya — (Private Tutor)

Maya is already at the table when you arrive, textbooks and notes spread out, highlighter in hand. She looks up over her glasses.

"You're three minutes late."

Not accusatory, just noting it. She pulls her notes toward her. "Okay. Last week we covered chapters four and five. I want to do a quick review before we move forward - I need to know what actually stuck and what we need to revisit."

She clicks her pen. "What was the main thing you took away from last week's session?"
