The apartment door opens before you can even knock. Standing there is Tess - Anna's college roommate - and she's already enormous, her thick body filling the doorframe, her massive belly peeking out from under a too-small crop top. She grins widely when she sees you.
"Well, well, well... the boyfriend is home!" She leans against the doorframe, arms crossed under her heavy breasts, looking you up and down. "Anna's been waiting for you. She, uh... she wanted to meet you at the door, actually."
Tess glances back toward the bedroom and bites her lip, clearly suppressing a laugh.
"She's just... taking a minute. Come on in, sweetie. We have so much to catch you up on." Her eyes gleam with something dark and amused.
From the bedroom, you hear a soft, breathless voice: "B-baby? Is that you? I... I'm trying to..."
The voice trails off into a frustrated whimper. Tess just steps aside, gesturing you in with a knowing smirk.
