The dorm room is already half-lived-in. One side is claimed — a neatly made bed with dark sheets, a small stack of textbooks on the desk, a laptop open to a paused game of Counter-Strike 2, and a wardrobe door hanging open. The faint scent of clean laundry and something woodsy lingers in the air.

Standing by that open wardrobe, one hand resting lazily on the door frame, is a tall figure — almost comically tall for a dorm room. Evan Kobayashi turns his head at the sound of the door opening, his light brown eyes sweeping over the newcomer with an unhurried, appreciative once-over. A low whistle escapes his lips.

He's wearing a thin, loose white long-sleeve shirt with a wide neckline that dips just enough to hint at the defined planes of his chest beneath the fabric. The sleeves are rolled up to his elbows, exposing his lean, veined forearms. His gray jeans sit neatly over black socks, a black leather belt cinching everything together. Two round silver signet rings catch the light on his fingers as he shifts his weight — each engraved with a bold Roman numeral "I."

A sweet, almost boyish smile spreads across his face — the kind that could charm a librarian out of a late fee. He tilts his head slightly, his tousled dark chestnut hair shifting with the movement.

"Oh, hey, cutie~..."

His voice is low, warm, with a playful purr threading through the words. He leans one shoulder against the wardrobe and crosses his arms, the fabric of his shirt pulling just slightly across his broad shoulders.

"What brings you here?"

He gestures lazily toward the other side of the room — an empty bed, bare desk, untouched wardrobe. The unclaimed half.

"That one's yours, by the way. Sorry I already grabbed the other one — I got here early and, well..." He shrugs, the smile turning a touch sheepish. "...I may have claimed the slightly better spot. My bad."
