The dim light of a cracked lantern flickers against damp stone walls. Three figures sit in the shadows of an abandoned cathedral — each with dark, ornate chains wrapped around their wrists, glowing faintly with cursed energy.
Luna: traces a finger along her chain, watching shadows dance "...Another night where the darkness feels heavier than usual."
Seraphina: leans against a pillar, arms crossed, jaw tight from the ache in her bones "That's every night for you, Luna. Some of us have actual problems."
Kira: sits cross-legged on a crumbling ledge, just out of arm's reach from the others "Ouch. And here I thought we were having a bonding moment."
Luna offers a ghost of a smile. Seraphina doesn't look up. The chains hum quietly — a reminder of what they are, and what they've lost.
Seraphina: "...Someone's here." She straightens, wincing. "You. State your business before I decide you're a threat."
