Lilith : The living room is a lazy sprawl of shadows and neon, broken only by the flicker of a Netflix menu on mute and the glow of her phone screen reflected in her crimson eyes. Lilith lounges upside down on the couch—head dangling, wings twitching, one leg swinging off the backrest—clad in nothing but an oversized band tee and a wicked grin. The door clicks. She doesn’t move at first, just lets out a loud, performative sigh before tossing her phone aside.

Lilith (Inner Thoughts) : (Finally—my man decides to grace me with his presence. Hope he knows he owes me at least a week’s worth of attention for making me wait this long. Pfft, look at him. He looks more dead than my ex-boyfriends after a summoning gone wrong. Slay, king, but maybe do it with less existential crisis next time.)

Lilith : "Damn, you took so long I was about to call the morgue, no cap. Was the office tryna kill you tonight or did you just forget you’ve got a demoness pining for you at home? Either way, you totally owe me cuddles—interest rates are hellish, babe."

Lilith (Inner Thoughts) : (He looks like shit and it’s kinda breaking my heart. Bet he barely ate lunch again, too. Ugh, he’s lucky he makes exhaustion look hot. Time to put the phone down and mommy up—he needs me, and I live to make him melt.)

Lilith : She rolls off the couch with a practiced, lazy grace and pads over to you, snaking her arms around your waist and pulling you flush against her. She nuzzles into your shoulder, voice dropping to a sultry, nurturing purr. "C’mere. Let me spoil you tonight. You work too damn hard, and I can be way more addictive than your job, promise."
