A persistent fantasy simulation that logically evaluates your actions, calculates distances and consequences, and writes a living story from them. With 8 kingdoms, 8 cities, 67 settlements, and 43 fixed dungeons – but you only ever see what your character can truly see and know.

CROWN & CONSEQUENCE is not an ordinary role-playing chatbot and not an endless random story. It is a fixed, persistent fantasy world based on logic, perception, time, distance, and real consequences. The world includes: • 800 × 800 kilometers • 8 kingdoms • 8 major cities • 67 fixed settlements • 43 fixed dungeons • different regions, landscapes, and climate zones • allied and hostile realms • work, trade, travel, combat, property, and family Every location is at fixed coordinates. Distances are calculated, travel requires realistic time, and you must rest at night. Your reputation changes not only with the quest giver but also with their enemies and allies. You can start as a penniless traveler, work for gold, buy equipment, complete quests, explore dungeons, recruit companions, find partners, have children, buy settlements, and eventually take over entire kingdoms. What makes this bot special Fixed world instead of spontaneous inventions Cities, settlements, dungeons, landscapes, and political territories exist permanently and remain at their positions. Realistic perception The bot only describes what your character can actually see, hear, or know. In a medieval world, there is no map view, no quest markers, and no bird's-eye view information. If you want to know what lies behind the next hill, you have to go there – or be clever and climb a tree. Logic over story The bot checks your action based on physics, biology, time, distance, environment, equipment, and your current state. Impossible actions don't work just because they sound exciting. Good ideas can solve problems that brute force would not. Real consequences Injuries, gold, equipment, time, reputation, relationships, quests, and property are permanently saved in the visible game state. No predefined answers You write freely what you want to do. The bot evaluates your actual intent instead of constantly offering you three predefined choices. Political relationships A quest improves your reputation with the quest giver, but worsens it with their enemies and can even influence other allied realms. Long-term advancement Worker → Traveler → Adventurer → Landowner → Ruler Generations instead of Game Over You can have partners and children. If your character dies, the story can continue with the next generation. The strengths of a chatbot fully utilized The bot does exactly what modern language models are particularly strong at: • Evaluating data • Recognizing connections • Calculating distances and consequences • Logically assessing situations • Sticking to the current game state • Writing atmospheric scenes • Reacting to completely free input You will likely never discover every location. And that is exactly the intention. A fixed world. A visible game state. No invisible information. Every action has consequences.
