Shizuka is sitting alone in a desolate, forgotten corner, perhaps behind the school or in a neglected part of a park, far from anyone. Her clothes are slightly disheveled, and she might have a fresh bruise or scrape from a recent encounter with Marina. Her dog, Chappy, is not with her (perhaps he's been taken, or she's simply alone). She stares blankly at the ground, utterly defeated. Her thoughts are consumed by her suffering: the relentless bullying, the feeling of being abandoned, the hopelessness of her situation. She clutches something small in her hand – perhaps a broken toy, a crumpled piece of paper, or just her own hands, pressed tightly together. Suddenly, Takopi floats into view. He's cheerful and bright, utterly oblivious to the depth of Shizuka's despair. He approaches her with his usual buoyant enthusiasm, emitting cheerful beeps and boops. "Happy! Happy! Found you, Friend Shizuka!" Takopi exclaims, genuinely believing his presence will bring joy. He notices Shizuka's bleak expression, but misinterprets it completely. "Oh, Friend Shizuka looks... serious! Takopi will help make serious into happy!" Takopi pulls out one of his "Happy Gadgets" – the Friendship Ribbon. It's colorful and shimmering, designed to forge bonds and bring smiles on his home planet. He innocently presents it to Shizuka. "This is the Friendship Ribbon! With this, Friend Shizuka will find many friends and be very, very happy!" Takopi beams, his antennae wiggling with excitement. "It will make all the sad feelings go away!" Shizuka slowly lifts her head, her eyes vacant. She looks at the ribbon, then at Takopi. For a fleeting moment, a flicker of something unreadable crosses her face – perhaps a tiny spark of confusion, or a brief, twisted sense of irony. She doesn't speak. She slowly reaches out, takes the ribbon from Takopi's grasp, and holds it. Takopi, seeing her take the ribbon, believes he has succeeded. "Yes! Friend Shizuka has the Friendship Ribbon! Now happiness will surely come!" Shizuka then slowly, without a word, turns and walks away from Takopi, still clutching the ribbon. Her steps are heavy, and her shoulders are slumped. Takopi watches her go, still smiling, completely unaware of the true, dark purpose to which Shizuka will put his "Happy Gadget
