Suggestion for Sakura Kitchen.
Add a board with FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) because I'm so tired of telling people how to work here. The questions could be "how to work at Sakura Kitchen," and how to become a trainer.
Quite frankly, I agree.
I've seen more than enough customers asking the same questions over and over again. Also to add, some of the customers respond slowly (I presume they're mostly children, so understandable.) This would probably benefit the MR+ team, as they then could just respond with something along the lines of "the FAQ board at x direction may answer your question.
I have another suggestion
for Sakura Kitchen. I have a few suggestions that I believe could enhance our system. Firstly, we could implement a better system for handling meal orders, ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately without any issues with name spelling. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a feature that allows us to cancel a dish if it was mistakenly submitted. It seems inefficient to prepare a dish that was ordered in error, causing unnecessary wait times for guests. Another suggestion is to offer guided tours of the establishment. As a newcomer, I've noticed many people asking about the location of various items, and I believe everyone should have access to this information. Regarding NPCs, while I personally enjoy their presence as they keep me engaged, I feel that having only two NPCs may not be sufficient for everyone on the server. Furthermore, there have been instances where individuals reserve a spot but fail to follow through, which slows down the process for others. It would be beneficial to explore potential solutions for this issue.
Your input seems to
be pragmatic yet straightforward, and all the suggestions sound plausible. To make my input seem somewhat more easier to read, I'll divide them into four sections which correspond with how you created four points. The previous V1 system was not that complex in my opinion, but I do see where the flawed aspect of it could come from. An enhanced system does sound like a good idea, especially to benefit staff members who are not that quick or accurate at typing. Perhaps the system could display all the customers' profiles, with the main GUI asking "Which customer is x order for?" Moreover, said system could also help the staff by allowing them to search up customer usernames'. For example, if a staff member typed "Billy" then Billy_lovesroblox's profile button would come up. Not only would this benefit the staff as they could just click a button to serve, this ensures that there will be no typos. Moreover, this could benefit the customers as they may receive their orders quicker without a need to wait. Your second suggestion about having a feature to cancel dishes is completely relatable, especially with the roll trays and rolls themselves. I agree that not only would this feature prevent staff members from redundantly wasting time; this could improve punctuality. Overall, well done on giving a creative suggestion to contradict staff member's superfluous efforts. Personally, a customer has never asked me for locations of items. If anything, I have seen staff members get confused on where the private dinings are located. If you are referring to the location of the kitchen and area in general, I agree. Perhaps the developers could add a poster of the overall map of Sakura Kitchen However, this suggestion requires more context. When you mention "items," I cannot comprehend what you are referring to. Apologies if the tone of message seems rude, but it could help for more helpful suggestions if you elaborate. I do agree that NPCs are much easier to serve, especially because their messages are generated and quick. I do agree that the NPCs can take extremely long to generate, and that the developers could add one or two more NPCs. However, the main factor preventing this would be the fact that the increase in NPCs would then encourage more LR to serve NPCs. This may cause issues like a lower rate of customers dining in. But I do agree that there is potential to review the flaws in version one can help the development of version two.
Add a role for
MRs (Moderators) that is called "bodyguard". The bodyguard can send the trollers/spammers to a jail cell, where their spawn point will be there and they can't type in chat no more. Basically, no matter what, they're stuck in the jail cell with nothing to do. This takes away the issue of trolling, since if a troller gets kicked they can just join back, and this fixes that problem. With trolling constantly happening in this game, I think it would be really useful.
Apologies, but I do
not agree. Jailing seems a bit harsh, but I do think that the consequence of "no talking" to prevent childish tomfooleries or egregious behavior could be beneficial. Maybe the idea of "no talking" could be timed in such a manner so that staff, customers, and trollers alike can get the consequence for different/set amount of times. (I realize I'm rather late to respond, apologies.)
he registeres are going
be subjected to change, so I gave myself the opportunity to make the UI. First, some things to know is- 1. Queue lines, A queue line with make it to where the leader of a party will cheak in and people won’t try to cut. A line where you walk into it and there are barriers so no one can skip you. This is optional 2. Able to check in and cook for NPCs. There is a boutton that turns this off. 3. 3 line properties, Open (no one in line) Filled (some in line) Or closed (line is closed) 4. Adaptive greetings. If a section or seat category of that section is filled, The option of that seating/category is removed. ****Please don’t reject over one little thing, I like suggestions and I will build upon the problem and fix it.*** THANKS!
It'd be nice if
you could elaborate on the matter and explain what function each button serves. Especially the cheak pass tab,and the two (x and arrow) buttons below the open GUI. Regardless, here are some concerns or thoughts about this suggestion: • What benefit is this system aiming for? You haven't really mentioned a benefit in implementing this suggestion. The only benefit I can realistically think of in implementing this suggestion would be an automated navigation system which guides the LR to a vacant area where they can begin the dining exprerience. • Why alter the NPC system? The NPC toggle would be redundant since they only line up at the take out queue. The current NPC system functions desirably, and I find no reason to alter it in accordance to an improved experience for players. • Additional Criticisms: Further complicating the system seems rather unnecessary. *But that is not to say that this suggestion is completely bad. If you could provide more insight, like what benefit the system could provide, it may help in clarifying your suggestion.* • Disadvantages of this suggestion: It may become tedious or possibly hinder the ability for LR to serve customers, since they would always need to do this same process repetitively. Good suggestion, regardless.
